Privacy policy

Information you provide
If you email us, we receive your email address, the name associated with your email account, your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond, discuss your request and maintain the related business correspondence. Contacting us does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Website requests and preferences
Your browser sends technical information needed to request and display the website, including an IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times. The server or hosting infrastructure may record this information in access or security logs to deliver the site, diagnose problems and prevent abuse.
The website saves your selected language in your browser’s local storage. You can remove this preference through your browser’s site-data settings. Fonts, images and the film are served as website assets rather than embedded from external font or video services.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The current public website does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking. We do not sell information collected through this website or share it for targeted advertising.
Because this website does not track browsing across other websites, a browser’s Do Not Track signal does not change its behavior. We will update this policy before introducing tracking or additional collection that changes the practices described here.
Who may receive information
Website hosting and email service providers may process technical requests or correspondence to operate those services for us. We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, respond to a lawful request, or protect people, the website and our legal rights.
Opening a link to a separate website, workspace or service takes you to that destination. Review the privacy information provided there before submitting account information, research files or other personal data.
Retention and your choices
We retain correspondence while it is needed for the inquiry, an ongoing business relationship or relevant legal and security requirements. Technical-log retention depends on the infrastructure operating the website. The language preference remains in your browser until you change it or clear site data.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you have provided, or raise an objection about its use, by emailing rohk@within-bio.com. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law and may ask for information needed to verify that the request is yours. A legal recordkeeping obligation may limit what we can delete.
Mailing list and children
The mailing-list entry is currently a placeholder. It does not collect email addresses or enroll visitors. If a signup service is introduced, the form will explain what you are signing up for and how to unsubscribe.
This is a professional research and product-development website intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.
Changes and contact
We will post an updated policy and revision date here when these practices change. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it before applying the relevant change.
