You may browse the website, share links to it and use its public information to evaluate Within Bio for your organization. Use the site lawfully and respect the rights of others. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you are responsible for having the authority needed for actions you take on that organization’s behalf.

The website describes research and product-development workflows. The workspace previews, study designs and AI consumer profiles shown here are illustrative examples. Browsing the website does not run an experiment, execute a consumer study or create a regulatory approval.

Features and availability may change as the service develops. Access to a workspace, a paid service or a commercial engagement may involve additional terms presented when you sign up or place an order. Visiting this website alone does not create an order or a payment obligation.

Within Bio and its licensors retain their rights in the website’s original text, design, code and media. You may link to the website and quote short portions with appropriate attribution, subject to applicable law. Wider republication or commercial reuse of site materials requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

Third-party names, publications and materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the website does not by itself imply endorsement or a commercial partnership.

Do not introduce malicious code, disrupt the website, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, or use the site to infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights. External websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies. Links marked as coming soon are placeholders and are not active services. The contact link opens your email application; an email is sent only when you choose to send it.

You retain ownership of material you send in an inquiry. Sending us material gives us permission to review and use it to address that inquiry. It does not transfer your ownership or grant a general license to publish your material.

We aim to provide useful, accurate information and a working website, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every page will always be complete and up to date. Information on the website is provided for general business and research orientation. Your organization remains responsible for evaluating information before using it for a product, study or commercial decision.

These terms do not exclude rights, duties or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. They do not override a separate signed agreement you have with Within Bio.

We may update the website and these terms. The revision date identifies the version shown on this page. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law, and new terms will not be applied retroactively where the law prohibits that.
